Our Facilities
Where your parts get made — and where they get finished, inspected, and shipped. We machine parts in one place, and warehouse, inspect, and ship them from three.
United States
Where we operate
Everything we produce starts in Saltillo, Mexico — and ships from three hubs across two continents. One machining plant keeps quality consistent. Three distribution hubs keep delivery times short.

This is the only place we machine. Everything Metrics Works produces starts on this floor.
Saltillo is a precision machining plant in the heart of Coahuila β the center of Mexico's automotive manufacturing region. We machine precision components and assemblies for agricultural, construction, electrical, industrial equipment, and automotive customers, running 400 to 2,000 parts a day under an IATF 16949 quality system.

PPAP Inspection
Our European hub β and the only one that runs in-house PPAP inspection.
Poland does something the other two hubs don't: in-house PPAP inspection, so European customers get parts approved without shipping them across the Atlantic. A 199,000+ sq. ft. flexible warehouse run by a proven logistics team with direct motorway access across Central Europe.
No machining on site β distribution, 3PL, and inspection. Operated as part of the MES European network (Euro Metrics). Learn more at mesinc.net

IATF 16949 governs every part from first cut to final shipment. Poland handles PPAP in-house. No re-qualification when you add a ship-from location.

How a Part Moves Through the Network
Your part is turned, milled, ground, and balanced on our own floor, then inspected on CMM and documented to Level 5 PPAP.
It moves to the distribution center closest to you: Monterrey for nearshore, Columbus for North America, Poland for Europe.
Rework, repacking, product inspection, and β in Poland β in-house PPAP approval happen at the hub.
Held as buffer stock or released JIT, so inventory sits close to you instead of on a ship.
One company owns every step. One point of accountability from the first chip to your dock.
