Industries

Machined for
the way your
industry works.

A transmission hub and a light fixture housing are both machined parts. Almost nothing else about them is the same — different input form, material, tolerance that actually matters, and documentation that has to travel with the part. We run all of it on one floor in Saltillo.

Why It Matters

Same machines.
Different job.

Machining isn't generic. What separates a good part from a scrap part changes by industry. We machine to the standard the application demands — then prove it before the part leaves the building.

Automotive Documentation as much as dimensions — no PPAP, no production.
Agriculture & Construction What happens after 8,000 hours in dirt and shock load.
Lighting The surface you can see and the fins that move heat.
Robotics Concentricity at a bearing seat measured in thousandths.
Energy An out-of-spec conductor is a safety problem, not a warranty claim.

Heavy equipment doesn't fail politely. It fails from fatigue, impact, abrasion, and weather. That's why this work runs in ductile iron and steel — and why the machining has to hold up as well as the metal.

In power distribution, an out-of-spec part doesn't cause a warranty claim — it causes a fault. We machine switchgear components, circuit breaker parts, precision conductors, contacts, terminals, and busbar hardware.

Nearshore Spotlight

Nearshore isn't
a location.
It's a lead time.

Being in Saltillo does three specific things for every industry on this page. Then the parts land in Columbus, Monterrey, or Poland — so inventory sits close to your line instead of on a ship.

Shorter lead times

Ground freight to the U.S. in days, not weeks on the water.

USMCA duty treatment

Qualifying parts cross at preferential rates while offshore parts absorb stacked tariffs.

Same time zone, same calendar

Your engineer calls at 9 a.m. and talks to someone standing next to the machine.
