What We Machine From

Every major
manufacturing
form.

Most shops specialize in one input and send you elsewhere for the rest. We machine across all five — raw to finished, to spec, every time.

01

Die Castings

Aluminum · Zinc · Magnesium

Tighten critical tolerances, machine complex features, and deliver production-ready components with consistent repeatability.

Die Castings
02

Forgings

Steel · Titanium · Aluminum alloy

Transform forged blanks into precision components with accurate dimensions, tight tolerances, and superior surface finishes.

Forgings
03

Stampings

Steel · Brass · Copper

Add precision tapped holes, milled features, and critical flatness to high-volume stamped parts.

Stampings
04

Bar Stock

Carbon steel · Stainless · Alloy

Turn and mill complex geometries from solid stock for high-strength, precision-critical applications.

Bar Stock
05

Extrusions

Aluminum profiles

Cut to length and machine mounting features, structural connections, and precision interfaces into raw extrusions.

Quality & Inspection

Inspected.
Documented.
Approved.

A part is only finished when someone proves it's right. We measure on CMM and custom gauging, document to Level 5 PPAP under an IATF 16949 system, and run approval inspections on two continents — so nothing ships on a guess and nothing waits on a transatlantic shipment.

01

Inspection Technology

CMM, fixed gauging, custom computer-aided gauging, and dimensional scanner technology — measurement at every stage.

02

Documentation

FMEA control plans and full PPAP documentation. Level 5 capable — every document, every time.

03

Certifications

04

PPAP on Two Continents

Getting a part approved used to mean shipping it overseas and waiting. We run PPAP inspections in-house at the plant in Mexico and at our European facility in Poland — European customers get approval results without a transatlantic round trip.

Why Metrics Works

Nearshore economics.
Domestic timelines.
Fulfillment behind it.

Most suppliers make you choose between price and speed. We're built to deliver both — nearshore labor costs, U.S.-aligned lead times, and a 3PL network already behind every order.
